Pail features wonderful beach scene w/Popeye, Olive, Swea' Pea, Eugene the Jeep and Wimpy. Of note, Swee' Pea carries Popeye sand pail to help Olive Oyl make Popeye sand sculpture. Rim shows paint wear w/small dent, while exterior of pail shows scattered wear in form of paint nicks/scratches; largest being on Popeye image. Interior or pail shows wear to just over half full mark, w/oxidation. This has stabilized. Still bright and glossy, VG overall. Rare and one of the few examples we've offered in our 58 years.
