5.75" tall (8.5" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho, unmarked but by Ohio Art. Pail features nice wraparound scene showing the Three Little Pigs having picnic w/Little Red Riding Hood, Fiddler Pig playing music. Rim and handle show moderate wear, w/exterior showing moderate wear from use. A few bends to metal sides, which have some lt. scattered surface oxidation that is only visible upon close inspection. VG overall, but sides remain nice for display. We know of just one other, which is in lesser condtion. This is not shown in Comic Character Metal Sand Toys by Doug and Pat Wengel, nor is it shown in any of the Ohio Art catalogs we have reviewed. A true rarity, sure to occupy a prime spot in any collector's pail display. Thom Carchedi Collection.
