Beautiful 1.5" shows famous horse standing proudly hitched to a sulky with its driver. Text reads "The World's Champion Dan Patch/M.W. Savage, Owner." The lower left numerals specify his course time of "1.56-1/4." Promotional text is "He Eats International Stock Food Every Day." Complete w/ W&H back paper used 1900-1912. Historic. Faint tiny edge age dots at 2 and 3. Couple small raised bumps to the touch. Great color. VF.
