This is an extremely interesting title from Timely. Listed as scarce in the 2005 Overstreet Comic Book Price guide, this issue contains the origin and very first appearance of the Tough Kid Squad. It also contains the origin and first appearance of The Human Top. The Flying Flame also appears. The pages are cream to off-white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 7.0 (FN/VF). According to the CGC Census this copy is tied with one other as the second-highest graded copy they have seen.
